Privacy policy

Controller. Renouer, publisher of the support programme for parents estranged from their adult child.

Our commitments: encryption in transit and at rest; data hosted in the EU; no sale or sharing for advertising purposes; no user content used to train AI models; your journal, letters and exercises are intimate data processed with the explicit consent collected at sign-up.

Data processed: account (email, first name) — contractual basis; payment — processed by Stripe, never stored by us; programme content (journal, letters, exercises) — provision of the service, deleted when the account is closed. Sub-processors: host (EU), Stripe, Resend (emails).

Retention period. For the duration of the contractual relationship, then deletion after the account is closed.

Your rights. Access, rectification, erasure, portability (one-click export), objection. To exercise them: from your account area, or by email at contact@renouer.net.

Psychological distress. Renouer is neither psychotherapy nor a medical service. If you are in distress, contact a professional; in France, 3114 (suicide) and 3919 (violence) are free and available 24/7. 119 for children in danger. You can withdraw your data at any time.

Cookies. Only what is necessary for the site to work (session and chosen language). No advertising trackers.
