Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose. Sale of the digital programme « Renouer » (€89 incl. VAT, one-off payment). Optionally, the complementary programme « Nonviolent Communication (NVC) » can be added for €49 incl. VAT (i.e. €138 incl. VAT for both programmes). The purchase grants lifetime access to the chosen programme(s), all future updates included.

2. Payment. Bank card via Stripe. Access delivered immediately upon confirmation.

3. Withdrawal and guarantee. 14 days (art. L221-18 French Consumer Code). Beyond the legal minimum, a « peace-of-mind » guarantee: full refund on simple request (contact@renouer.net) within 14 days, even if the content has been viewed.

4. Nature of the service. Knowledge drawn from scientific literature and methodological tools. No result — in particular no reconciliation — is promised or guaranteed. The programme is neither psychotherapy nor medical or legal advice.

5. Audience. Adults. Not recommended in cases of established violence or acute distress, which require health professionals.

6. Liability. The publisher is not liable for decisions taken by the client on the basis of the content, nor for changes in their family situation.
